We work closely with you to produce the initial concepts for your project. Following a round of feedback,
we’ll bring your designs to life with a set of 2D and 3D architectural drawings
Planning Support
Planning Support
Acting as your planning agent, we’ll manage the application on your behalf
and liaise with your local authority to ensure you have the best chance of success
Building Regulations
During this stage we’ll work closely with technical experts, such as structural engineers,
to produce drawings that will help ensure compliance with regulations during construction
To complete building
regulations, the following services may be required but are not
included in this quote:
- Structural engineers calculations
- A CCTV drainage survey
- Building control/an approved inspector
- A party wall award, or written agreement from neighbours if they are affected
