This property suffered from lots of small rooms which weren't beneficial to my client, so I designed a new ground floor playout to open up the kitchen/dining area along with a single storey rear extension. It also lacked kerb appeal as there was a mixture of cladding and the front door needed relocating in a more prominent location to provide better kerb appeal. Here are the finished results.
