This plot certainly has so much potential to grow in size and stature whilst creating a modern approach to this property. The design allows for two new luxury bedrooms supplied with en-suites, as well as a balcony with views onto the rear garden within the master suite.
Design brief was to create a luxury master bedroom with balcony terrace to this 18th century property.
My client requested the need for additional living space as well as more bedrooms. With the addition of a two storey side extension and a bespoke single storey rear...here is the result!
